This is a full-time permanent contract located in our Edinburgh city centre office. The salary is £27,500pa.

Job Purpose & Overview

  • Key member of the property management team.
  • Support the Team Manager, train and mentor the End of Tenancy Admin and Maintenance Team.
  • Responsible for the team in the manager's absence.
  • Account manager for key clients.
  • Assisting the manager monitor KPI's and performance of the team.
  • Provide excellent service to our clients by handling the end of tenancy process.
  • Negotiation between both tenant and landlord to deliver a satisfactory outcome for both parties.
  • Work with the Property Managers and Maintenance team to ensure work required is highlighted, raised, and completed promptly.
  • Ensure the Admin team deal with all requirements of the role.
  • A customer focused role requiring meticulous attention to detail and co-ordination.
  • Lead Role – Driving processes including managing inboxes, auditing Communal Spreadsheet and focus on all team KPI's.

  • Ideally 1 year Property Management Experience and ARLA qualification.
