We are currently recruiting for a leading IT Consultancy for the role of Consulting Manager – Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). As an industry leader, this organisation is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses. With a strong focus on innovation and customer-centric technology, the company offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where technical expertise, leadership, and creative problem-solving are highly valued.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal part in major transformations, leveraging Automation and Artificial Intelligence technology to provide excellent value for key customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of complex Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals and consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Architect, deploy, and refine intelligent automation solutions, spanning RPA, AI, and workflow technologies, driving operational excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients to shape and execute transformative operations consulting projects, unlocking efficiency gains, cost reductions, and sustainable business impact.

Main Skills/Requirements:

  • Consulting experience in roles focused on Digital Transformation and Digital Process optimisation in the commercial space.
  • A track record of implementing successful digital transformation, Omni-Channel and automation programmes, ideally within the Life Sciences Industry.
  • Experienced with enterprise-wide deployments of process excellence and delivery methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, SAFe).
  • Skilful in leading AI and Gen-AI initiatives as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
