Excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Developer to join an internationally known, forward-thinking, Dynamics 365 Sales end user as their internal subject matter expert for all things Dynamics. You will be tasked with driving user adoption on Dynamics, based on input from the company product owner, to ensure it is working efficiently and effectively, through development, configuring, and customizing the delivery of solutions within Dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product owner and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet business specifications and translate user stories into functional/technical solutions.
- Design and deploy Dynamics 365 customization, including creating custom modules, workflows, and reports, using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Provide tailored technical and functional support to users for Dynamics, managing requests and troubleshooting, including liaising with 3rd party support partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Dynamics functionality and drive greater user adoption.
- Integrate Dynamics with other business applications and third-party tools to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Dynamics.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Dynamics adoption and utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Dynamics configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and connecting applications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
- Full project lifecycle experience (preferred).
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 sales, specifically doing configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to foresee potential system issues and prevent them.
