The predicted salary is between 54000 - 84000 £ per year.
The Client Relationship Lead will oversee all account management activities to achieve strategic client service, retention, and sales objectives. You will work closely with the client service and broking teams to ensure client needs are met or exceeded, leveraging your expertise in the power generation industry to provide specialized insights and solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engaging actively with clients, participating in major meetings, and staying informed about account development.
- Supporting client development as an industry expert to strengthen relationships.
- Leading development strategies, execution, and business growth initiatives.
- Overseeing regional marketing efforts and supporting key campaigns, such as Climate Risk and the Energy Transition.
- Using industry expertise to identify client needs and offer innovative value propositions across segments.
- Enhancing industry awareness of Willis and its offerings, and creating or adapting intellectual property for external publication.
- Preparing proposals and presentations for products and services, utilizing marketing and technical resources.
- Researching and responding to client policy and coverage questions.
- Building relationships with client decision-makers and insurer personnel.
- Managing account renewal and cross-sell opportunities.
- Implementing policy changes and endorsements to maximize coverage and address client exposures.
- Managing all client deliverables within set timeframes.
- Developing program designs and final proposals.
- Assisting in preparing client submissions.
- Maintaining an accurate client database and sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Extensive client management experience.
- Proven experience in servicing middle market and large risk accounts within the insurance industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and industry trends.
- Expertise in the power generation industry, including key segments and operational insurances.
- Ability to advise management on risk management issues.
- Exceptional client service skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task, and handle high-volume workloads.
Power Generation Industry Expertise:
- Understanding of power generation segments such as integrated generators, CCGTs, coal-fired plants, waste-to-energy, and more.
