What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Manager:
- Leading a skilled team across shifts, with a strong focus on Health & Safety
- Setting up and owning the site's planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule
- Managing engineering budgets for labour, repairs, and performance KPIs
- Driving continuous improvement through lean techniques
- Ensuring safe working practices and GMP standards are followed
- Collaborating with other departments to reduce downtime and boost output
- Producing reports and KPIs, and working directly with the Site Engineering Manager
What we're looking for in a Maintenance Manager:
- A confident leader with experience managing maintenance teams in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of engineering budgets and performance targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Mechanical or electrical qualifications (mechanical bias preferred)
