Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant on our Engagement Lead Track, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, colleagues in our Technology Champ Track, and client stakeholders to align business goals with execution strategies.
This role requires both technical depth and strategic leadership. Candidates should have prior experience in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering and be comfortable leading discussions with both engineers and business leaders. You will serve in key roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership

Own and drive project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Guide clients through technology transformations, acting as a trusted advisor in software, data, analytics, or cloud initiatives.
- Lead teams of two to dozens of members, ensuring effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

Oversee and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes, prioritizing business outcomes and client success.

Technical & Strategic Advisory

Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects, translating complex concepts for business stakeholders.
- Support clients in modernizing technology platforms, adopting AI/ML, and leveraging cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
