I am currently partnered with a Property Asset company that is vastly expanding its Asset Management team due to exciting growth plans. The company has been operating for under 10 years and is quickly becoming a major player in the property sector!

Your new role

• Strong financial management – focus on fee billing and cash collection
• Experience managing Trophy Assets
• Ability to identify asset opportunities and lead on them
• Actively participate in all business initiatives and promote them with other team members
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients
• Ability to entertain and socialise with clients at corporate events with confidence
• Be adaptable and able to perform for a range of client and asset types
• Understand clients’ aims and provide tailored, strategic advice
• Work as part of a team and understand other job roles
• Recognise when it is appropriate to delegate work to team members
• Review outputs for both clients and occupiers to ensure accuracy and relevance, and identify areas for improvement
• Have good local and national market knowledge
• Contribute to business plans and aims
• Be actively involved in local networking
• Engage in wider business initiatives

What you\’ll need to succeed

• Good computer skills to maximise the use of proptech platforms such as Coyote, MRI Qube, Quooda, Energy portals, Power BI tools
• Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
• 4+ years PQE experience

What you\’ll get in return

Salary ranging from £75,000 to £95,000 depending on experience
