As a Business Change Consultant, you will work with our clients, our own applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and support so that the people are fully engaged, the project successful and the benefits delivered. You will focus on building the client’s capability using our CE&A Business Change Framework.

Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role involves joining the Change Enablement & Adoption team within Capgemini, a team of over 70 Change and Learning Professionals working across all industries to create people-centric solutions for clients undertaking technology change projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside clients to address the people aspects of technology-enabled transformations including ERP, Microsoft, and bespoke solutions.
  • Participating in sales and pre-sales activities, presenting to clients, and contributing to bids.
  • Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, influencing at senior levels.
  • Facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, developing documents, delivering compelling messages, and working with ambiguity.
  • Contributing to our industry-aligned offers by bringing innovation and best practices.

Your Skills And Experience:

  • Excellent consulting skills, including facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, developing documents, and effective communication.
  • Experience in applying organizational change elements in technology-enabled change programs, such as stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, business impact mitigation, readiness assessments, and value measurement.
  • Involvement in sales activities, proposal development, and presentations.
  • Experience with IT package implementations, including ERP systems or large custom builds, is desirable.

Your security clearance: Security Check (SC) Clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, you must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years and meet other criteria. The process involves questions about your residence, nationality, and other security-related factors. Some positions may be restricted to UK nationals for security reasons.
