We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Regulatory Lawyer to support our clients within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to UK pharmaceutical regulations, including MHRA guidelines, by providing legal advice on regulatory matters related to drug development, approval, and post-marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory implications, ensuring that business strategies align with applicable pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on updates within pharmaceutical legislation, advising stakeholders on the impact of regulatory changes on product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training on regulatory compliance, fostering a strong understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards within the organization.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience working within a pharmaceutical company or supporting pharmaceuticals through a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory matters.
  • Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Authorized to reside and practice law within the UK.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
