We are seeking an experienced Medical Information Manager to support medical information services across the European region. The role involves responding to medical enquiries, developing scientific content, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to internal training, content development, and promotional material review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, balanced responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals.
  • Create and maintain scientific response documents.
  • Analyse medical literature and translate findings into relevant internal resources.
  • Support internal teams with medical insights and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee and contribute to the review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
  • Train and liaise with external medical information service providers.
  • Maintain compliance with medical information standards, SOPs, and regulatory codes.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences and contribute to external engagement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy or life sciences (PharmD preferred).
  • 4–6 years’ experience in Medical Information, ideally within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Familiarity with EFPIA/ABPI Codes, medical information databases (e.g., IRMS), and compliance standards.
  • European experience.
  • Strong medical writing, content creation, literature appraisal, and communication skills.
  • Experience in promotional material review and knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
