A global real estate investment manager is looking to appoint a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its London-based real estate finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing performance reporting, valuations, and business plan analysis across a diversified European real estate portfolio, covering sectors such as office, retail, residential, and hospitality. The position offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of performance metrics across the European platform
- Oversee quarterly valuation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal standards
- Collaborate with investor relations and fundraising teams to support financial reporting and investor deliverables
- Review and challenge business plan assumptions, value drivers, and forecast models
