The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
- Enhance Salesforce Solutions – Lead development and optimization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Ensure Best Practices – Implement configuration, customization, and development standards.
- Act as SME for Salesforce Technical Solutions – Provide expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.
- Act as SME for Salesforce Solution Integrations – Design and own integration data flows between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Lead Solution Design – Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Support Business Development – Advise on Salesforce capabilities and contribute to proposals and strategic initiatives.
- Upskill Junior Team Members – Mentor and develop internal Salesforce resources.
- Engage with Senior Stakeholders – Interact effectively with client Director and Executive level stakeholders on both business and technical aspects.
Requirements
Functional Requirements:
- Experience with systems audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Creating functional and technical design documentation.
- Creating entity relationship diagrams.
- Developing end-user acceptance testing scripts and supporting UAT processes.
- Creating end-user support and training materials.
Technical Requirements:
- Understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes.
- Experience customizing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- Expertise in building apps and automation within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, leveraging custom objects, process automation, and Lightning.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses and other software.
- Strong experience with middleware platforms (Heroku, Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and authentication protocols for secure integrations is desirable.
- Understanding of SQL is desirable.
- Salesforce certifications are required.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams.
- Comfortable managing key client accounts and delivering technical demos.
- Experience working across accounts with sizeable budgets and multiple markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills within teams and with clients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
