A Senior Corporate Lawyer is sought to join a small but very busy corporate practice.

About You:

  • A Senior Corporate lawyer with a following.
  • You will work with a small and collegial team comprising a Partner, Consultant and junior lawyer.
  • You will be used to working with business owners, corporates and entrepreneurs on all aspects of company and corporate law.
  • Your caseload will include buying and selling businesses through the full cycle as well as shareholder agreements, venture capital investments/finance, restructuring of organisations and partnership agreements.
