A Senior Corporate Lawyer is sought to join a small but very busy corporate practice.

ABOUT YOU

A Senior Corporate lawyer with a following, you will work with a small and collegial team comprising a Partner, Consultant and junior lawyer. You will be used to working with business owners, corporates and entrepreneurs on all aspects of company and corporate law.

Your caseload will include buying and selling businesses through the full cycle as well as shareholder agreements, venture capital investments/finance, restructuring of organisations and partnership agreements.
