Vanguardia, a Buro Happold company, is looking for a Senior AV Consultant with experience ideally in the sports and entertainment sector. Our team develops high-quality audio-visual systems for large-scale projects worldwide. You will be responsible for audio-visual systems design on challenging projects, including The Sphere in Las Vegas, Co-op Arena, and major music events across the UK such as Glastonbury Festival. An interest in live music, broadcast, sports, events, and performing arts is desirable.
Key Duties:
- Sound insulation design
- Designing audio-visual systems and displays, including large-format LED screens and projection
- Providing schematic designs to showcase innovative solutions to clients
- Sound system design
- IPTV/Digital signage design
- Presentation systems
- AV control room systems
- Video production systems
- Integrated audio solutions
- Broadcast systems
- Room control/room booking systems
Your Skills and Experience:
- Understanding client AV requirements and producing client briefs
- AV design process, both independently and in line with RIBA stages
- Design of AV systems and infrastructure
- Managing AV system budgets and cost estimates
- Project coordination with client teams
- Maintaining knowledge of industry-leading technologies
- Developing computational design tools including Revit
