We’re currently recruiting for a skilled administrator on behalf of a charitable organisation based in Market Harborough. £12.00 per hour Working hours Monday to Friday, 10-15 hours per week Free parking This is a temporary to permanent opportunity Due to the urgent nature of the vacancy, applicants should be available immediately Duties and responsibilities: Opening and distributing post and managing outgoing post Scanning post for the finance team Supporting with incoming and outgoing client paperwork Maintaining file registers and closing necessary files Scanning and saving legal documents and deeds Typing and formatting documents Creating and checking physical files for specific documents as well as electronic filing Maintaining and ordering office supplies Printing and photocopying Assisting with any other administrative tasks, as required Skills and experience required: Previous administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment (but not essential) IT Proficient, with strong knowledge of MS Office systems Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrates a positive and helpful working approach Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality, having processed personal data in previous roles
