In Transaction Services, we support a broad range of clients including private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. Advising throughout the deal lifecycle, we work on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, developing sector expertise and key skills in financial due diligence. Our reputation is built on industry knowledge and actionable insights derived from analysis and deal experience.

What Your Days Will Look Like

This role offers the opportunity to manage teams analyzing financial and non-financial information, utilizing data tools for sophisticated analysis, and identifying key business drivers and deal breakers. You will enhance your technical skills, data and value creation mindset, and communicate findings via our cloud-based reporting platform. Interaction with senior management and business owners will deepen your understanding of business performance and commercial issues.

This Role Is For You If

  • You possess an ACA qualification (or international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience.
  • You have industry experience in Energy, Utilities, Mining, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, or TMT sectors.
  • You have excellent business writing and Excel skills, experience with data analytics tools like Alteryx and PowerBI, and strong analytical and commercial awareness.
  • You demonstrate interpersonal skills in team development and client interaction, and possess excellent communication skills.
