Supply Chain & Manufacturing Principal - Europe
What You'll Do:
- Drive the overall Supply Chain Practice growth in EU through expertise, innovation, and collaboration with other leaders.
- Lead large-scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Supply Chain & Manufacturing industry, focusing on SC Analytics, Data, & AI.
- Consistently deliver quality client services and high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching to team members.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Mentor junior consultants within the organization.
- Demonstrate deep industry sector knowledge with functional expertise across operations.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in supply chain & manufacturing management consulting with deep knowledge of Supply Chain Analytics.
- 10+ years in a leadership role within a professional services firm.
- Experience driving revenue with existing clients and developing new prospects at the executive level.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain & Manufacturing.
- Forward thinker, self-starter, adaptable to new challenges.
- Ability to lead virtual teams across multiple projects.
- High motivation and self-starting attitude.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Executive-level presence and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages desirable.
