The OD partner will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating OD interventions that align with the company\’s goals, objectives, and vision, including driving transformational and cultural change.

You will work closely with the HR team, leading or contributing to various OD projects and initiatives, with a strong emphasis on leadership and management development.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Degree level or significant relevant consultancy experience.
Qualifications: OD or relevant qualifications.

Experience: Proven experience in People and OD activities, including:

  1. Facilitating transformational and cultural change.
  2. Competency and capability development.
  3. Leadership and management development.
  4. Embedding values and behaviours.
  5. Talent management.
  6. Team development.
  7. Employee engagement.
