About The Role As a Director, Project and Export Finance (PEF), you will effectively grow the Corporate Finance (CF) Business Europe through origination and execution of project and export finance. You will work closely with global PEF and CF teams to ensure seamless service delivery to Corporate Finance Europe. Role Type: Permanent, Full Time Your Daily Activities: Origination and execution, including credit analysis. Preparation of pitching materials, term sheets, and internal credit proposals including credit memorandums. Financial modelling and documentation of facilities. Booking transactions, facilitating handovers, and liaising with stakeholders. Contributing to the achievement of Corporate Finance Europe financial targets through origination and business development. Enhancing existing and developing new revenue sources for Corporate Finance. Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding and experience working within a Corporate Finance team environment. Solid experience in transaction management, including origination and execution. Experience in the European project finance market. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Advanced financial analysis and modelling capabilities with deep finance expertise. Understanding of loan and security documentation. Leadership skills to develop and oversee junior team members.
