Job Title: Sales Trainer

Location: London

Mandatory Expectations and Preparedness:

• Management Development and Leadership Development Experience
• Training Delivery in the areas of Leadership/Behavioral Skills
• Extremely comfortable coaching/facilitating with First level managers
• Experience of facilitation within the region – cultural sensitivity (has a multi-cultural approach and is able to understand and leverage participants\’ diversity)
• The high degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email, and email management, normal web and internet functionality, and use
• First-hand experience of leading a team as a manager within an organized setup
• Robust understanding of Management Development and Leadership Development and the models/theories being used
• Expertise in facilitating virtual sessions with a large number of participants and also one to one sessions and is confident with tutoring methodology

Facilitation Skills:

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to elicit, share examples, and present real-life examples to the participants
• Able to create a WIIFM for the participants
• Uses facilitation style as compared to training/teaching style
• Proficient in the knowledge of Coaching, Delivery of Management development programs, and Leadership programs
• Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to build rapport and create a safe zone for the audience
• Able to steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience
