This position will collaborate closely with our client\’s teams to understand, assess, and enhance business processes while fostering innovative ways of working.
The primary objective of this role is to assist the IT Change Manager in the development, planning, logistics, and integration of changes being implemented by the Digital programs. Your focus will be on the people aspects of change, which includes identifying the effects of change, as well as preparing, designing, and delivering the necessary materials to facilitate the successful integration and adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements
- Managing Change according to the agreed customer Strategy
- Support Communication campaigns and strategies
- Identify key business impacts of change
- Develop training content and learning paths
- Engage key stakeholders and their teams
- Measure and track Adoption and Proficiency
- Identify risks, issues and opportunities
- Collaborate with Project Teams
- Support end-user adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Experience as Change & Adoption Manager or similar role
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint etc.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create visuals such as infographics and gifs to illustrate information effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Team player capable of collaborative work
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle – both Waterfall and Agile.
- At least 2 years of Business Change experience supporting large, complex IT change projects
- Understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, etc.
