We’re looking for a Senior FTTP Installation Engineer to help us bring connectivity — and opportunity — to those who need it most.

This role is based across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, with working hours from Monday to Saturday.

Why you’ll love this role

• Supporting your Team Leader in coordinating and delivering FTTP installation tasks, including pre-builds, customer installations, surveys, and break-fix activities.
• Leading by example through hands-on installation of broadband services via overhead and underground fibre, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer experience.
• Overseeing team compliance through regular Health & Safety and Quality Assurance checks.
• Conducting monthly audits to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Stepping into the Team Leader role when needed, ensuring smooth project execution and team performance.

What makes you great for this role

• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within telecoms or FTTP fields.
• Knowledge of street works regulations and NRSWA compliance.
• Qualifications: S1, SA001 & SA002, S7 & S8.
• Excellent customer service skills, both technical and personal.
• Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to different sites.
