Soho Mews House
Located opposite the Handel Hendrix House, Soho Mews House will be our 10th London location. This Georgian townhouse, near New Bond Street, features discreet entrances and spans four floors with internal and external spaces. The house includes a ground-floor lounge, outdoor terrace, first-floor dining room, and second-floor event space. Our menu highlights seasonal ingredients, prepared on an open-fire grill, while our drinks list features timeless cocktails and martinis, offering a theatrical experience at the bar and table-side.

The Role…
As the Sous Chef , your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests. You will have an in-depth health and safety knowledge ensuring that standards are kept in line with HACCP..
What We Are Looking For…

• 2-4 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mews House Opening Hours
Mon – Weds – 8am to 12:30am
Thurs – Sat – 8am – 1:30am
Sunday – 10am – 11:30pm
