Reporting into one of our Snr Managers (Hybrid Cloud), you will lead a team of private cloud engineers supporting technologies like VMware, UCS, and NetApp, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and maintaining high standards in support and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and ticket allocation.
- Provide relevant training and conduct regular 1:1 sessions with engineers.
- Handle performance reviews and support professional development.
- Own customer-facing escalations and lead daily squad stand-ups.
- Plan and coordinate squad resources in collaboration with peers.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
