Private Cloud Infrastructure Squad Leader

Reporting into one of our Snr Managers (Hybrid Cloud), you will lead a team of private cloud engineers supporting technologies like VMware, UCS, and NetApp, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and maintaining high standards in support and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage team SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and ticket allocation. Provide relevant training and conduct regular 1:1 sessions with engineers. Handle performance reviews and support professional development. Own customer-facing escalations and lead daily squad stand-ups. Plan and coordinate squad resources in collaboration with peers. Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. Participate in on-call rotations. Skills and Experience Ability to operate under pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills. Passion for technical learning and customer support excellence. Effective time management and organizational skills. Leadership experience within infrastructure or service desk teams. Technical expertise with VMware 7.0+, UCS, and NetApp. Essential Requirements Experience with VMware 7.0+. Operational experience with UCS and NetApp. Desirable Skills Experience with Commvault, Veeam, scripting in PowerShell and PowerCLI. Knowledge of storage technologies like HPE 3PAR, Nimble, Dell Compellent. Experience with FC storage networking and infrastructure monitoring platforms. Leadership in large-scale projects and documentation skills. Security clearances (PubSec, NPPV3) are a plus.
