Are you an Associate Civil Engineer with extensive experience within Water? Are you looking to lead and shape a Water team as part of a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy? At Pick Everard, we have a vast pipeline of work including clients like Severn Trent Water, Thames Water, HS2, Yorkshire Water, and the Government of Jersey.
We are expanding our Water senior management team in London and seeking an Associate / Associate Director to join our Water Engineering team. You will work closely with the Director to ensure high standards of design and client service, focusing on improving productivity, efficiency, standardisation, and consistency.
Your responsibilities include delivering Framework outputs, managing project resources, producing fee proposals, and ensuring commercial success. You will also help achieve business plan targets through developing new and existing client relationships, supporting Directors, and managing teams.
About You
- A relevant degree with significant skills and design experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector.
- A professional qualification (Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council).
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and manage complex clients and large teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills
- Membership in professional bodies like ICE, CIWEM, IHT.
- Self-motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
