In this exciting home-based role, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with multi-site retailers in the convenience sector, focusing on expanding the Molson Coors portfolio and driving growth across your region. You will prospect new multi-site retailers, develop tailored business plans, create proposals, and work directly with retailers to increase distribution, enhance product visibility, and maximize chilled space in stores. You’ll leverage tools like Sales Out and EPOS data to proactively resolve stock-outs, ensuring product availability, and identifying new opportunities for distribution. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face meetings with retailers, proposing strategic solutions, and collaborating with store operators and teams to secure off-shelf features that boost visibility. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing national promotions, ensuring that they are effectively implemented at the store level. As a home-based executive, you\’ll manage your schedule independently while staying connected with the team and retailers to achieve your goals. Strong relationship-building skills are essential as you work closely with key retail contacts, providing excellent customer service and sharing best practices with internal teams to drive long-term growth for Molson Coors.
