Business Process Consultant

Kelly FSP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Consultant to assist with two key projects over a 6-month engagement. The contractor will be responsible for mapping business requirements, creating process documentation, and facilitating effective communication regarding project milestones and deliverables. Additionally, the contractor will monitor the development of a business case for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reporting and consolidation tool.

Key Responsibilities

Project 1: Monthly Forecast Snapshot Business Requirements Mapping (Global + 4 regions)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the monthly forecast snapshot.
• Map data availability across different regions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop a comprehensive process deck that includes key milestones, dependencies, roles, and responsibilities.
• Define and implement a communication plan to facilitate effective information flow both upwards to management and downwards to team members.
• Create relevant materials (presentations, reports, and documentation) to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.

Project 2: Business Case (BC) Development for IBP Reporting Tool

• Monitor and support the creation of a robust business case for an IBP reporting tool.
• Define roles and responsibilities to develop BC content, aligning stakeholders on activities and timelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data that inform the business case.
• Ensure the business case aligns with organizational goals and provides clear justification for investment.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of proven experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts and tools.
• Experience in developing process documentation and communication plans.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment while managing multiple priorities.

Desired Skills

• Experience in FMCG (ideally).
• Familiarity with data architecture in a global setup and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
