The Role: Drive the direction and trend for our in-house Showpo brand by sourcing, developing, and designing exciting, on-trend garments from concept to production. Focus on trend-driven ranges, fabric innovation, and cohesive collections that meet budgets and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Translate trend forecasts into actionable design directions, including color, print, and fabric choices. Source and develop fast-to-market, exciting pieces that align with brand goals and drive growth. Create cohesive, commercially viable collections with thoughtful fabric, silhouette, and trim choices. Demonstrate strong market knowledge of trends, colors, fabrics, fit, and construction. Analyze reports on best/worst sellers and category performance to inform design decisions. Manage and mentor an assistant, supporting their career growth. Maintain high standards for product quality, fit, and customer satisfaction. Create detailed tech packs with specifications.
