- Develop and implement the Amazon SEO strategy, refining ways of working with key stakeholders, building strong relationships with the sales and marketing functions.
- Own the ASIN Opportunity finder in Amazon Tech to maximise PDP traffic and conversion.
- Act as strong digital and e-com advisor
- Own the feedback loop with Content Creation Agency to improve Amazon specific deliverables
- Manage the creation and optimisation of divisional brand stores and CPLs.
- Input to the relationship with Search activation agency and align on the direction and targets for organic SOV.
- Analyse results of all the implementations and use Amazon Tech and PacVue, to develop an SEO specific strategy; to complement Paid to increase the visibility of brands with the objective to increase sales for the e-com business.
- Conduct A/B tests with content to identify content relevancy and share best practices for the category
- Monitor review ratings on key lines to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Media and Trading teams to define macro-divisional strategies.

Who You Are
- Experienced in Content Development and Optimization: Have a track record of developing and optimizing high-quality content across digital platforms, with a strong focus on SEO best practices.
- Expertise in SEO : Demonstrate deep expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content management.
- Digital Performance Marketing: Have hands-on experience of digital performance marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization to achieve measurable results.
- SEO Tools Proficiency: Utilize a range of SEO tools to optimize landing pages, conduct keyword research, and execute search engine optimizations effectively.
- Knowledge of Various Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Search Frequency Report, Share of Voice reporting (Pacvue), and Amazon AMS/Vendor Central, leveraging them to gather insights, track performance, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A solution orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
- Experience of managing change – through rapid growth.
