This role is part of the Sustainability & Impact team, supporting GS Alternatives in delivering sustainability-related programs, regulatory compliance, and client engagement activities related to ESG regulations such as SFDR, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ESG regulatory requirements for private markets, including drafting disclosures and advising on product design.
  • Collaborate with deal teams, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders on ESG disclosures, client engagement, and data collection.
  • Assist in developing ESG due diligence frameworks, client communications, and reporting.
  • Support ongoing delivery of ESG commitments, including data collection and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Private Market Equity or Credit.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG regulations like SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSRD.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Law, or Sustainability-related fields.
