Your Role

Reporting to the Financial Reporting Director, responsibilities include:

• Providing technical expertise in capital finance, investments, and disposals.
• Supporting strategic decision-making with financial analysis.
• Advising on accounting treatments for new opportunities.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for key areas.

Candidate Profile

Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with at least two years post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong technical knowledge in capital finance and property transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of sales, disposals, and investment accounting.
• Experience with reconciliations and month-end reporting.
