The role:

  • You will thrive within a fast-paced environment whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
  • You will be liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively progressing individual cases from post mortgage application through to completion.
  • Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and Mortgage Advisers.
  • Working to deadlines to ensure clients achieve their dream move.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Can build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Have at least 12 months experience in Mortgage Admin.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the Mortgage and Home Buying process.
  • Being driven and self-motivated.
