Electrical Project Coordinator – Healthcare Estates Central London | £55,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits | Permanent We are recruiting for an Electrical Project Coordinator to join a leading global facilities services provider on a major London healthcare contract. This is a key role supporting the delivery of a £2 million emergency lighting roll-out across a live hospital estate. You\’ll act as the bridge between the FM project team and NHS stakeholders, ensuring that all works are carefully coordinated, safely delivered, and communicated with sensitivity in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the delivery of emergency lighting upgrades across acute hospital sites Engage with NHS staff, ward leaders, and Trust representatives to plan works and mitigate disruption Communicate project timelines, access requirements, and operational implications to clinical teams Mediate between contractors and ward-level stakeholders in live patient environments Oversee verification and enabling works including socket labelling and asset identification Assist with technical documentation, RAMS, permits, and schedule tracking Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare-specific standards Ideal Candidate Profile Background in M&E, technical FM, or maintenance, with a clear electrical bias Comfortable working in sensitive, live environments — ideally with prior healthcare or NHS experience Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Qualified electrically (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple stakeholders What\’s in it for you?
