Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation who are looking to expand their already existing UK workforce of 8000+. They were founded in 1985 by a family and to this day they still are a family run company. JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering roofing maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building roofing works internally and externally.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:
- An NVQ Level 2 Trade qualification
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
The successful applicant will be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be roofing): joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, groundworks, roofing, or glazing with an NVQ level 2 qualification in core trade (or equivalent).
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic salary £30,316.00 - Company Van + Fuel Card
- Hours 40 hrs per week
- Travel is paid door to door
- Overtime x 1.5
- Standby £180 per week (4 weekly rota) - 13 monthly payments per annum (£2,340 on top of your salary)
- Healthcare Single BUPA PMI & Health Cash Plan
- Pension Contributory/matched up to 5% of basic salary
