Job Responsibilities:
- Develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems, focusing on Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance, and Delegated Authority across the value chain, including Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Distribution, Product Design, and Claims Management.
- Manage accounts, projects, and workstreams, articulating the interplay between business and technology processes.
- Conduct detailed analyses to support decision-making and innovative solutions.
- Mentor consultants to enhance industry knowledge and practical experience, especially within the London market and UK insurance/reinsurance transformation projects.
- Provide strategic insights through market and trend analyses to support business development.
- Proactively recommend innovative, tailored solutions based on industry expertise.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 years\’ experience in London Market, UK Insurance, Reinsurance, Insurtech, or consultancy with exposure to Insurance/Reinsurance clients.
- Bachelor\’s degree required; advanced degrees or additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead work streams and deliver high-quality results.
- Hands-on experience in target operating models, process design, and development, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of building long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of key technology platforms used in the insurance sector and ability to identify technological and business improvement opportunities.
