Role Overview Responsibilities include designing, architecting, implementing, securing, and supporting large multi-site, multi-vendor network environments. Key Responsibilities Manage network projects. Develop requirements for upgrading and re-architecting networks to support new technologies and growth. Resolve global network communication and operational issues impacting customers and backbone access. Participate in telecommunications initiatives. Research and develop innovative unified network solutions. Support regional projects including planning, resource management, and implementation. Manage vendor relationships. Provide strategic technical guidance on complex network projects, including design and technology recommendations. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of IT experience in networking, security, and related technologies. Experience with TCP/IP, Cisco and Arista products, firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), load balancers (F5, Citrix Netscaler), SASE (Prisma Access, Netscaler), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of network diagnostics, BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, MPLS. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Security Responsibilities Adhere to Mastercard’s security policies.
