Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of key global initiatives and continuously improve the global sales process in consultation with the CCO and other stakeholders.
- Align sales objectives with business strategy through participation in strategy development, forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting.
- Build trust and credibility with global and regional sales teams and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful experiences that foster engagement and partnership.
- Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to prioritize technical issues, assess and design feature requests, and manage user acceptance testing for sales-driven changes.
- Ensure adherence to AppLogic Networks’ Data Security Governance policies.
- Act as an escalation leader to overcome internal obstacles and facilitate seamless renewal processes.
- Use data-driven insights to improve operations and optimize sales performance by reviewing sales metrics and identifying opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales leaders to build scalable, metric-driven sales processes.
- Establish and prioritize performance measures for sales roles and oversee the allocation of objectives across channels and markets.
- Design annual compensation plans aligned with the company's GTM strategy.
