Junior Partner A Junior Partner is a supporting role, assisting and learning from the Partners and Associate Partners. They will be motivated to learn and develop in their function. A Junior Partner will mainly support the department and other client facing roles and focus on the day to day administrative tasks. Role responsibilities Contribute to the development of your team, client relationships, and partner relationships. Contribute to the development of our Paid Social Media capabilities to be market-leading and integrated with the rest of the business. Support the best-in-class delivery and quality of paid social media activity for a set of clients. Support client roadmap development and adherence for paid social media campaigns. Proactively identify and implement opportunities to make paid social media more effective. Manage paid social media financial reporting and budget management for your clients. To Be Successful In This Role 1.5+ years of paid social media experience. A positive, flexible, can-do attitude. Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks at the same time. Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work well in a team. Skills & Experience Must Have: Proactive and inquisitive attitude. Some hands-on experience in paid social media, with a basic understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends. Experience in managing paid social media campaigns on popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Comfortable working with data and utilising analytics tools for social media performance analysis. Experience working with Excel & Google Sheets for data management and reporting. Desirable Experience with other social media advertising platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat, or TikTok. Experience with social media management and scheduling tools. Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides. Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and Amazon Ads for broader paid social media coverage. Meta Blueprint certification Understanding of media attribution and pixel tracking.
