Team and Responsibilities The Regulatory Compliance team manages Fitch Ratings’ interactions with regulators across EMEA, including reporting, inspections, and examinations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with credit rating agency regulations, regulatory reporting, policy review, and handling conduct investigations and complaints. Key Responsibilities Support regulatory reporting and investigations responses to EMEA regulators. Manage relationships with EMEA regulators, organize responses to inspections and requests. Serve as a first point of contact for compliance issues and communicate with regulators. Assist with regulatory compliance in EMEA (EU, UK, Middle East), including reporting and investigations, collaborating regionally and globally. Investigate conduct-related internal incidents, liaising with team leads and HR. Ideal Candidate Profile University degree or equivalent. Highly organized, efficient, able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt flexibly. Excellent drafting, communication, and attention to detail. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Legal qualifications. Experience with regulatory agencies, inspections, and examinations in financial services. Previous experience in credit ratings or FCA/ESMA-regulated sectors. Knowledge of GRC systems like MetricStream.
