Job Title: Playworker THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE AS TERM-TIME ONLY OR ALL YEAR ROUND Location: Fallowfield, Manchester Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am until 9.00am and/ or just 3.00pm until 6.00pm during the Term. Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm during the school holidays (optional) Benefits: Company pension Uniform provided Free parking On-site parking Free Childcare Onsite gym facilities Annual pay review in line with performance management Purpose of Role We are partnered with a company who are looking to bring on qualified playworkers to be an integral part of their childcare team in their out-of-school club. Based out of Bradshaw Hall, Cheadle, the role will involve providing wrap-around care on a day-to-day basis, engaging children aged 3-11, and providing a high level of customer service to children, parents, and carers. Key Responsibilities To plan, deliver, engage and evaluate sessions and activities for children aged 3-11 To work collaboratively with the Out of School Club Manager and colleagues to provide a high level of customer service to children, parents, and carers Liaise and communicate with the organisations partner school to ensure customer satisfaction. To be committed to safeguarding children, following all Company policies and procedures to keep children safe. To perform any other duties as required for the benefit and running of the organisation.
