We are happy to be supporting one of the best businesses in Sheffield, who are recruiting an exciting new Senior Management Accountant role due to business growth. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Finance Director with prospects for the right person to become a Financial Controller within the next 1 to 2 years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the management accounts for a number of UK and overseas sites
- Working with department heads in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Capex and analysis of all aspects of the manufacturing process including labour, stock, bill of materials and all factory overheads
- Working with the design team on costing of new products
This is a truly Business Partnering role and will suit someone who has the communication skills and experience of manufacturing.

What you will need to be the successful Senior Management Accountant:
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing business at a similar level with a track record in reporting and analysis
- Good experience of IT systems including good MS Excel skills

- Continuous improvement and growth mind set
- It would be an advantage if you have worked as part of a group of companies
