About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Regional HSE Advisor to join a progressive, safety driven organisation. In this key role, you will ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are upheld across multiple operational sites, acting as a trusted advisor to both management and site teams. You will provide hands on support, deliver training, and offer practical guidance to foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role will cover sites across Kent and Guilford, so flexibility to travel within this region is essential.
Regional HSE Advisor Responsibilities:
- Monitor housekeeping standards across the Contract, identify and implement improvement activities
- Provide COSHH assessments where required and ensure effectiveness of Supply Chain documentation
- Ensure that PPE is being used in accordance with requirements
- Ensure that the CDM Regulations are applied where necessary to company Standards
- Review and where necessary complete risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work
The ideal Regional HSE Advisor will have / be:
- CDM and Hard FM experience
- NEBOSH
- Proven HSE Advisor experience
- Driving license
- IOSH Desirable
