Essential Duties & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

Business Client Development

  • Deliver the brand message to enhance the customer journey
  • Provide an extraordinary customer sales experience to impact sales results positively
  • Maximize potential across all product categories through brand storytelling and fostering synergies

Leadership & Engagement Support

  • Support managers in creating an inclusive, customer-first environment
  • Assist the team in using service metrics to achieve sales and profit goals in the absence of managers
  • Help develop the team’s product knowledge and selling culture

Operations

  • Become an expert in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash management; interpret key business reports
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes

Pay Range

Max and Min based on experience, skills, and knowledge
