Sitting within the International Casualty Liability team provides them with a further differentiator and the ability to offer cross-class solutions to a wide range of clients, supported by a dedicated Client Service Team. What the day will look like

Once fully trained, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Define marketing strategy (specific to placement)
  2. Review Submission
  3. Lead quote broking / Follow market broking
  4. Present terms to client / network
  5. Firm Order broking (Ebix / wet stamps / email)
  6. Record broking activity in market sheets
  7. Review draft / final MRC
  8. Send Cover confirmation
  9. Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
  10. Client meetings
  11. Respond to A/C queries
  12. Establish and manage pipeline
  13. Market Relationship Management

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Interest in environmental risk management, potentially with experience gained in an environmental consultancy.
  • Insurance experience would be beneficial.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to utilize insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service.
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships.
  • Ability to interpret and use data optimally.
  • Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
