People & Engagement Advisor Location: Redhill, Surrey Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months) Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Working arrangement: Monday-Friday, office based with flexible start time. We\’re seeking a HR professional who is creative and engaging, to join our client\’s business as a People & Engagement Advisor. This is a unique opportunity with a focus on recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, and employer brand and communications. Key Responsibilities include: *Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard diverse talent, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for new employees. *Deliver engagement initiatives such as team-building events and recognition programs, while enhancing onboarding processes to create positive employee experiences. * Promote and strengthen our employer brand through online platforms, social media, and internal communications. *Support the development of employee wellbeing programmes and coordinate volunteering activities Experience required: *Proven HR/People experience, ideally in a fast-paced business (FMCG or similar) *Expertise in recruitment and a passion for employer branding *Excellent interpersonal skills *A savvy software/systems user with good attention to detail Benefits include: *25 days annual leave + bank holidays. *Employer-matched pension (up to 6%). *Life Assurance and employee discounts. *A \’Give Back\’ day annually to volunteer for a cause you care about. *Free parking
