Financial Accountant (French Speaking)

We are proud to partner exclusively with a non-profit organization in their search for a French-speaking Reporting Accountant. This is a 4-month temporary role with the potential to become permanent (not guaranteed), offering fully remote work and a pay rate of up to £38 per hour for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

1. Manage fiscal closing processes.
2. Oversee local annual fiscal audits.
3. Review and prepare recorded/posted transactions for European entities.
4. Produce reports and provide recommendations following audits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full fluency in French (essential; non-French speakers will not be considered).
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is desirable; part-qualified or QBE candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, budgets, and financial statements.
• Solid understanding of statutory requirements, legal procedures (audits, taxes, etc.), and government regulations in Europe.
• Experience working in nonprofit/NGO financial operations is desirable.
