Business Analyst – Card Payments
This role is a twelve-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension for another twelve months.

About the Business Analyst role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in delivering card payments projects to join our growing team in London. You will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation projects, improving processes and services on our processing platform.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define customer objectives, and ensure the successful delivery of these projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse customer outcomes and how they will be supported through improved processes and services.
- Manage customer impact assessments with input from cross-functional teams to ensure a clear path for each customer.
- Utilise your experience with customer transitions/migrations to ensure smooth transitions, with all changes clearly defined and communicated.
- Collaborate with teams including account management, product development, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment and consistent customer management.
- Document business requirements for any gaps identified during impact assessments and coordinate with the product team and engineering.
- Support the creation of customer transition plans and schedules.
- Work closely with remote teams to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Experience with card transformation or migration projects.
- Strong communication skills with customers.
- Ability to support teams with clear, understandable information to manage customer experience.
- Process and data mapping experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with remote teams.
