BSS Business Analyst with TELCO experience
We\’re seeking a Business Analyst to manage capacity and complexity within a BSS platform, ensuring optimal delivery and cost-efficiency across high-impact programmes. You\’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate user stories, challenge complexity scoring, and drive simplification of user journeys.
Hybrid: 3 days a week in London Based office
Duration: initial 6 months
Rate: Up to £500pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BSS platform capacity using complexity scoring
• Validate user stories for consistency and cost-effectiveness
• Work with delivery teams to align user stories with programme milestones
• Support the development of complexity frameworks and gating criteria
• Challenge stakeholders on simplifying user journeys
• Verify supplier complexity calculations through quality assurance reviews
