About the Role Working closely with partners and HRBPs, the role will take the lead and focus on end to end resource management across a specific fee earning client group. Responsibilities include: Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders Monitor activity levels, pipelining and process improvements Change management with respect to the introduction and embedding of resource management within the group Advise on associate development Promote best practice methods Manage metrics and reporting to senior stakeholders Job Requirements You will have previous resource management experience, developed in professional services, or be a qualified lawyer looking to transition into a non-fee earning role.
