Our international client is seeking a Store Manager for their St Peter Port store. Our client is looking for an individual who can share their love for creativity and fun. But beyond all, they invite you to bring your unique personality and style to the forefront.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales and profit management
- Creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer
- Overseeing operations with efficiency
- Recruiting, training, managing, and providing coaching and development to your team

You will need to be energised by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management. You should be a motivated people leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, show a passion for fashion, and stay up to date with the latest trends, which can contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
Proven managerial experience gained within a customer service environment is required, along with being self-motivated and organised.
